About Chris Rowe and His Trading/Educating

Use this blog to be COOL. Use it for guidance and for investing education.

There are only a hand full of traders who spend most of their time making trades that are profitable, while the majority do the opposite.  One thing the profitable minority have in common is they avoid emotional trading and remain COOL when the hype is overly bearish or overly bullish.   That’s the number one goal of this blog: to keep you COOL.

This blog  gives you a clear translation of  the financial markets, which tend to have eternally increasing complexity.  This is where you come if you want to know, first hand, what big money managers are thinking about, talking about, worrying about or getting psyched about and what they will likely start thinking about and start doing soon.  These are the people whos decisions dictate the direction of all world markets (and your investment account) so these are the people you want to be ahead of, or at least in tune with.

Here is where you can gain that important knowledge from a Wall Street money manager and teacher that will help you make profitable trading decisions.  This is where you can learn trading and investing concepts (new ways to make money) while getting the easily digestible guidance you need to make money.   This is a B.S.-free blog with no motive except to help you.

The financial media has two jobs:

1. To report some kind of story on the financial market even if they are guessing (which means boarder-line lying about) why markets are behaving the way they are, just as long as there’s something to print or say on TV.  Let’s face it, while much of it is real, all of it is tainted.

2. To get investors excited (so that investors will keep reading or watching what the media sells/produces) usually at the expense of the investor making emotional decisions and losing their money.  Their businesses will cease to exist if they aren’t tweaking your emotions.

They manipulate even the savviest financial market veterans and they are masters at convincing the masses of a many things so don’t feel bad if you’ve fallen for it, but don’t let it happen ever again!

Chris Rowe, a Wall Street veteran money manager, adviser to hedge funds and technical analyst, left his job that paid millions after being disgusted with what he saw as an insider.  He won’t blow any whistles on this blog but he will talk about what happens “on the inside” in general terms.  But more importantly, his writing is designed to help investors/traders generate profits by clarifying the financial markets.

Why does he care whether other people make money in the market (and more importantly, don’t get wiped out)?   After a tragic event caused him to become paralyzed from the waist down at age 15, he decided to take extra credit and finish high school early to start a career on Wall Street.  Coming from a middle class family in Queens, he moved to downtown Manhattan and relentlessly worked his way to top positions at a mid-sized asset management firm, LMJG Partners on the corner of Wall & Water st.,  just across the street from his new apartment.

LMJG was a respectable mid-sized firm, run by his older childhood friends, (one of which, Dylan Jovine, would be the person who Chris Rowe co-founded Tycoon Research with nearly a decade later).  But after 9 years of “running with the Wall Street crowd”, learning, from the insider’s perspective, how the public was so easily duped – whether they were wealthy individuals or middle class, blue collar folks like his family and friends were – he finally turned his back on money management.

The internet was just taking off which allowed Chris Rowe and his partners to embark on a mission they had talked about for years:  To create the single most effective investing school in the industry along with supporting financial newsletters, trading services and financial data services – “TycoonU”.  The main goal of the Tycoon team is to make the individual investor much smarter and savvier than their financial advisers.

There are few people on earth with the ability to clarify the financial market action, making it easy to digest and act on, while providing investors and traders with very simple high probability money making ideas.  This is Chris Rowe’s expertise.

Chris Rowe is co-founder of Tycoon Publishing, Tycoon Research & TycoonU.  He’s the creator of the Technical Analysis System “Chris Rowe’s Internal Strength System” and the Cheif Investment Officer and founder of The Trend Rider, an options trading service.

You can just stick with this free blog, or you can check out his programs and the programs created by his partners (also Wall Street veterans) at www.tycoonu.com.  You can also sign up for Tycoon’s free daily newsletter “The Tycoon Report” here.  Chris currently publishes on Tuesday’s in the publication.

Prior to co-founding Tycoon, Chris Rowe has served corporations, institutional investors, and high net worth individuals as a money manager, adviser, analyst and an investment banker; serving in several senior capacities, as an active underwriter of both initial public offerings and secondary/follow-on offerings of equity securities, debt (bond) offerings, preferred convertible offerings and straight preferred offerings.  He utilized various types of financial instruments to help investors and corporations meet their financial objectives leveraging the power of the internet to assemble large groups of investors and bringing broader exposure to the companies products and services.

We hope you enjoy this blog.  There are limits on what Chris Rowe will say in this blog because there are thousand of people who use paid services that he runs.  Therefore it wouldn’t be fair to give everything away.  But he won’t write anything in this blog unless he feels it will make you wealthier or at least show you have to achieve the same goals with much less risk.

In his paid services, his goal is to make life much easier for the members that use them.  Therefore, although there is constantly going to be lots of new evolved thinking about the financial markets, it would be a disservice to constantly alert members to all the different financial market thoughts.    That’s because there is already way too much corrupting noise out there and the most common and most understandable problem investors have is the B.S. noise coming from all directions.

Chris’ goal in his paid services is NOT to turn the volume UP.  It’s not to make people more excited or get their hearts racing.  The key to profitability is a cool and steady hand.
